DMCA & Copyright Policy

GamePilots respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

Filing a notice

To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL on gamepilots.online where the allegedly infringing material is located, described precisely enough for us to find it.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

• We acknowledge valid notices within two business days.
• Content that is clearly infringing is removed or disabled within 48 hours of a complete notice.
• Where a game is provided by a third-party developer or host, we remove the link or embed and notify the provider.
• Repeat infringers are permanently excluded from the site.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the address above. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court.
